England Euro 2016 squad to be named at 11am

Expected to name a provisional squad of 28 or 29 as England play Turkey next Sunday and Australia on Friday week before the deadline of May 31st when the 23 have to be finalised.
Man Utd & Liverpool players wont be involved v Turkey due to the FA Cup and Europa League finals.
Expected number of West Ham players : Nil

just got back from hols and a bity out of the loop.
Are we really going into a championship with a young, inexperianced team with no recognised defensive midfielder and a dodgy back 4?

They are VERY average. Only 1 maybe 2 (Bale & Ramsey) would get anywhere near our side.
But they'll be so up for it.
I've just got a horrible feeling.

We will beat Wales comfortably,
Ashley Williams isn't the Beckenbauer that he is made out,
Stop Bale (easier said than done), and they are very average.

Uruguay were not a good side in the last world cup as I recall, but turned us over because we couldn't cope with Suarez. Same thing could happen with Bale.

Hopefully Collins gets to start in the England game as not always a first choice under Coleman.
Would it be a bad thing if he broke Kane's leg?
Apart from Ramsey Bale is really surrounded by journeyman but obviously England is their FINAL.
Still think England will have too much for them.

Don't be daft Bushey, let's have some positive vibes. In 45 games since 1938 they've beaten us only 4 times and it won't be 5 in a months time.
Bale aside, they are nothing special other than a well oiled unit and I know that Kane won't be losing any sleep over facing Williams and nor will I.

I have a horrible feeling Wales are going to turn us over.
They'll be bag up for it... You can imagine the likes of Ginge and Ashley Williams getting them so psyched up. And with a player of Bale's caliber they will fancy their chances of beating anyone.
I just don't get the same feeling about the England dressing room.

Sven - Yep. Even though they are totally different players these days and that Portugal have players Wales can only dream about. And that lots of our players have experience against Bale anyway and experience playing teams who are generally shit but have a superstar in their ranks.
Perhaps they are asked so many questions around tournaments they end up answering some of them with utter nonsense.
Either way, he hasn't exactly impressed in recent days. Let's hope we get lucky with injuries and we do alright in spite of the manager.

Presumably Ronaldo was meant to play the part of Bale.
I'm guessing instead he won't play after his Champions league final appearance anyway.

Seriously, what happens to our managers just before tournaments.....they all go mental.
Apparently we picked Portugal as a friendly opponent because we are planning for Gareth Bale? What the fuck is he talking about?
Perhaps it's the pressure that makes them go crazy in the end.

I had written Wilshire off until he came back at the end of 14/15 season and scored some outstanding goals for club and country and looked like the player we'd hoped he'd be.
Before that he looked like he was finished, kept getting caught on the ball, couldn't go past people.
But he hasn''t played this season so it's a big gamble taking him.

I love that Blanc rates Giroud above some of the other French strikers out there.
Got a lot of goals this season, but he's blatantly got pictures of Laurent hanging out the back of a donkey.
